There is no doubt that the world is facing enormous health challenges and the industry is looking for more innovative ways to deliver better healthcare service. Formed by a group of MBA students with medical and healthcare industry background, CUHK Healthcare Club recently arranged a company visit to AstraZeneca, one of the world’s biggest biopharmaceutical companies. It was a rare and golden opportunity for the MBA students to learn the current business landscape as well as the faced challenges and opportunities of the APAC markets, directly from the industry leaders. The visit was good for students even without pharmaceutical background. Everyone was inspired and gained a lot from this eye-opening learning opportunity.
